We are entitled to cancel appointments or Services in case of but not limited to, illness, accident or any unforeseen conditions or circumstances or if essential conditions for them have changed. Further claims, especially claims for damages, will not be accepted.

Individual appointments or sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. In case of no-show or cancellation within less than 24 hours of the appointment time, the appointment or session will be charged.
